Capital Crew is Ottawa’s premier professional hype squad, bringing high-energy performances to some of the city’s biggest events! This season, our performers can expect to:

Ignite the Crowd at Major Sporting Events – From game-day hype at TD Place to sideline entertainment, we bring the energy!
Perform at Festivals & Community Events – Showcasing our talent at city-wide celebrations, cultural festivals, and local activations.
Engage & Inspire – Leading interactive performances, crowd engagement moments, and dance experiences that bring people together.

As a Capital Crew performer, you’ll be part of a movement that celebrates inclusivity, athleticism, and the love of performance. Are you ready to bring the hype?

Be yourself! Capital Crew is all about celebrating diversity and individuality. There are no gender, height, or weight requirements—everyone is welcome! Wear whatever makes you feel confident and ready to perform.

Auditions will include learning various combos and showcasing your freestyle skills, so come prepared to move, express yourself, and bring your energy!

Capital Crew trains once a week for 3 hours during the regular season, with the possibility of an occasional second practice when needed. Any additional practices will be scheduled with advance notice to ensure everyone can plan accordingly. Our flexible event sign-up system also allows athletes to choose performances based on their availability, making it easy to balance commitment with other responsibilities.
